Paneer Veggie Sizzler


Today's post is a tempting piping hot sizzling sizzler 😅. Lot of work indeed, but end result worth the effort 😇


I have not specified the quantity of ingredients to be used. It depends upon the individual's taste and choice.


Let's get on to the post.

Ingredients:


Onions

Tomatoes

Potatoes

Peas

Parsley

Garlic

Baby Corn

Carrots

Cabbage

Paneer

Oil

Butter

Basmati Rice

Salt to taste

Chilli Flakes

Pepper

Oregano

Corn Flour


Required:

Wooden / bamboo Skewers

Sizzler plate

Method:


Step 1: Prepare the paneer


  1. Cut paneer into big chunks.

  2. Add little oil, chilli flakes, pepper, Oregano, Salt over the paneer.

  3. Marinate them for 10 minutes and insert it into a bamboo / wooden skewer.


Step 2: Grilling

  1. Heat a pan with little oil. When hot, add the paneer chunks with the wooden skewers.

  2. Flip the paneer cubes so that it becomes brown on all sides. When the paneer is done, remove it and keep it aside.

  3. Meanwhile add the garlic, chopped potatoes, sliced onions, sliced tomatoes into the pan.

  4. Add salt and make sure the vegetables are nicely grilled on all sides.

  5. When done, keep it aside.


Step 3: Preparing the sizzler plate

  1. Start heating the sizzling plate in medium flame.


Step 4: Tossing the boiled vegetables

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic.

  2. Next add the boiled vegetables such as baby corn, peas, carrot.

  3. Add salt. Toss them well.

  4. Once done keep it aside.


Step 5: Preparing the rice

  1. Add butter to a pan.

  2. Once it starts melting, add garlic.

  3. Saute it for a second. Add the boiled rice.

  4. Next add salt, pepper and lots of parsley.'

  5. Mix well.


Step 6: Assembling the Sizzler:

  1. While the sizzler plate is heating, place the cabbage leaves over the plate. Be very careful as the plate will be very hot.

  2. First add the parsley rice (step 5).

  3. Next assemble all the grilled vegetables (from Step 2)

  4. Scoop in the boiled vegetables (Step 4)

  5. Place the grilled paneer chunks.


Step 7: Prepare the butter garlic sauce

  1. Add butter to a pan.

  2. Add the chopped garlic. Saute them for a minute.

  3. Add water, pepper and salt.

  4. Mix corn flour with water and add it to the pan. This corn flour acts as a thickening agent.


Step 8: Enjoy the sizzler

  1. Carefully place the hot sizzler plate on the wood.

  2. Pour the butter garlic sauce over the assembled sizzler.

  3. Enjoy it !!!!!!!
