Craving something yummy? Then try this paneer wrap. Prepare the stuffing, tuck it into a roti and enjoy it hot 😁.
Ingredients:
For the dough:
All Purpose Flour 2 cups
Curd 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Water
For the Stuffing:
Paneer 1 cup
Capsicum 1 small
Onion 1 big
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder pinch
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Kasuri Methi leaves 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Amchur Powder
Sauce:
Honey Mustard Sauce
Tomato Ketchup
Method:
Step 1: Prepare the Roti:
Add all purpose flour, curd, salt to a bowl. Knead, adding water little by little, until you get a soft dough.
Set it aside for 30 minutes.
Then roll them into thin discs / rotis.
Heat a tava. Place the roti on it and cook both sides until you see small brown spots.
Keep them aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Stuffing:
Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, add cumin seeds. When they splutter, add ginger, garlic. Saute for a minute.
Add onions. Saute until they turn translucent.
Add capsicum. Saute for couple of minutes.
Add salt, Kasuri methi leaves, garam masala powder, Cumin powder, Coriander powder, turmeric powder & red chilli powder. Saute for a minute. Add little water so that the vegetables blend with the spice powders that we added.
Add panner cubes. Mix well and switch off the flame.
Step 3: Prepare the wrap:
Place a roti on a plate.
Add honey mustard sauce and tomato ketchup. Spread it evenly.
Next add the paneer stuffing. Add some chopped onions and sprinkle amchur powder.
Roll it into a wrap. Enjoy it hot.
Note:
To make this Vegan, replace Paneer with Tofu.
