Seven Cup Barfi


A traditional Diwali sweet that we make at our home is the Seven Cup Barfi. Since it uses seven cups of the ingredients, it is named as "Seven Cup Barfi". It is very easy to make, doesn't require any string consistency of sugar. So if you are a beginner, you can make this sweet and it won't fail you 😁.


Ingredients:


Besan Flour 1 cup

Ghee 1 cups

Milk 1 cup

Coconut 1 cup

Sugar 3 cups


Method:

  • Grease a plate completely with ghee.

  • Add all the ingredients to a pan. Keep stirring it until the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan without sticking.

  • Pour them over the greased plate. Level them with a spatula. Allow the barfi to cool.

  • Once cool, cut them into desired shapes and enjoy.
