Matar Paneer

Today's post is a yummy Matar Paneer. I paired this with roti. I made the dough for the roti using the Atta Kneader of the Prestige #ttkprestige Wet Grinder and I tried making the roti using the Prestige Roti Maker. More details and reviews on the products soon in my Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/delicious_veggie/)

** Recipe **

Peas 1 cup

Onion 2 big

Method:

  • Blend tomatoes into a fine puree and keep it aside.

  • Heat ghee / oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, ginger, garlic & green chilli.

  • When they start spluttering, add the chopped onions. Saute until they turn translucent.
