Vanilla Coconut Bliss-balls with Dates and Cashews

Today's post is a healthy and easy Sweet treat that can be made so quickly.

My version is a vegetarian version with little modification from her method. Her recipe calls for Rolled Oats, which I didn't have, so replaced it with Aval (Flattened Rice). This simple yet healthy dessert tasted awesome indeed. Do try it out and let me know if you liked it
Ingredients:
Cashews 1 cup
Aval (Flattened Rice) 1 cup
Grated Coconut 1/2 cup
Milk little
Dates 1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Cranberries few
Nuts of your choice
Method:
1. Blend Cashews and Aval into a fine flour.
2. Add dates, grated coconut and Vanilla essence to them.
3. Add little milk and blend them into a good paste. You should get a cookie dough like texture.
4. Transfer them to a bowl. Add some nuts of your choice. I added walnuts and cranberries.
5. Roll them into small balls, coat them over coconut and top with some cranberries.
6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy.
