Avocado Mango Smoothie with dates and pumpkin seeds

Smoothies are a great way to incorporate the veggies and fruits in our diet. What is your favourite smoothie? Do drop in the comments.


The avocado smoothie is a delicious drink and with the added sweetness of mango, it makes the drink even more delicious and nutritious. This is a great beverage to start our day.


Avocados contains good fat, lot of fiber and also helps in lowering the cholesterol. You can customize this smoothie in many ways, but this is how I tried.



To blend:


Avocado 1 ripe

Mango 1 ripe

Dates 4 to 5

Milk (You can add depending on what consistency you want the smoothie to be)

Sugar to taste


To top:


Dates 2 chopped into tiny pieces

Pumpkin Seeds few


Method:


1. In a jar, take all the ingredients listed under "To blend" and blend it into a smoothie.

2. Top it up with chopped dates and pumpkin seeds.

3. Serve it as such or chilled.
