"Dalgona Coffee" is trending in Internet currently. There are lots of videos in the internet on how to make that coffee. Some of my friends had asked me to post about it in this page.
Well, Dalgona coffee is basically a whipped coffee that became famous in this COVID 19 pandemic.
Its very simple to make.
Method:
Add 1 tsp of instant coffee powder, 1 tsp of sugar and 1 tsp of hot water into a bowl.
Whisk it thoroughly until a creamy mixture is formed. I whisked it manually and it took 3 to 5 minutes for me to get this frothy cream.
Next in a bowl or a glass tumbler, add 2 to 3 ice cubes and fill 2/3 with cold milk.
Place the cream on top of the milk and sprinkle some cocoa powder.
You can also top it with nuts or crumbled biscuits. Yes, it tastes little bitter, but you can increase the sugar to make it sweet.
