Today's post is Chena Kadi (a curry / stew that is made out of Elephant Yam).
I generally make Masiyal (lentil based Stew) and Thogayal using Elephant Foot Yam. I came across this particular recipe (Chena Kadi) in Radha ma'am's insta page @youreverydaycook. In fact I came to know about Radha ma'am through my friend Rajni @rajjos.kitchen. Well, she has wonderful collection of awesome recipes right from traditional Indian food to modern Indian food. Thank you ma'am for sharing such awesome recipes. We loved this curry at home.
