Today's post is a yummy dosa made using Nel Pori, which you can incorporate in your PCOS diet plan. Nel Pori is made from paddy and is extremely fiber-rich. It is:

As you know when you have PCOS, people generally avoid Carbohydrates. But do you know that:

Ingredients:
Raw Rice 1/2 cups
Nel Pori 2 cup
Salt to taste
Method:
🌱 Wash the raw rice thoroughly in water. T
🌱 Remove the nel (husk) from the Nel Pori and discard them.
🌱 Soak raw rice and nel pori separately in water for 3 to 4 hours.
🌱 After 4 hours, grind them separately into a fine batter
🌱 Mix them together and add salt..
🌱 Heat a tawa. Pour a ladle of batter, spread evenly, drizzle oil. Cook on both sides.
