Happy "World Idli Day" my friends 🌟🌟.
Idli is a very popular breakfast of South India. It is usually eaten along with piping hot sambar and variety chutneys.
Origin:
According to food historians, Idli first originated in Indonesia. Later, it came to India in the form of steamed idli.
How did this day start?
According to reports, World Idli Day is the brainchild of Eniyavan who is a popular idli caterer from Chennai. According to the reports in 2015, he made 1,328 varieties of idlis to celebrate this day. A giant 44-kilogram idli was cut and declared March 30 as World Idli Day.
So to all my friends outside India, do not miss to have a plate of Idli when you visit South India or an Indian restaurant 😃.
Coming on to my post:

On my plate, I have
👉 Soft Idlis
