When kids are bored of the usual snacks and when they need something interesting, "Crispy potato fingers" come to our rescue. A perfect tea time snack, and something interesting for the kids to munch and at the same time, easy for us to make it too. Its win-win on both sides. This snack is very crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. I tried to make it into smiley shapes, but miserabley failed as it requires lot of time and patience too. Just made it into finger shapes. Kids loved it. That's what we need at the end !
