Deep fried cauliflower florets topped with dry mango powder and Indian spices 🤩. How awesome is it 😎


1. Boiled the cauliflower florets for 3 to 5 minutes. Drained the water completely.

2. Prepared a batter with equal proportions of maida and rice flour.

3. Added minced garlic along with garam masala powder,amchur powder, chilli powder and salt. 4. The batter should not be so thick nor watery. Dipped the florets in the batter and deep fried it.

5. The key to get crisp florets is to deep fry it twice.

6. A yummy crisp cauliflower is ready.
