Today's post is Onion Rava Dosa. This lacy and crispy Rava dosa is always a delight to eat. I paired it with Coconut chutney and the brekkie was a bliss 😅.

Add 4 cups of water. Mix well. Allow it to rest for couple of hours. After that, add another cup of water, mix well. The batter is ready.
Heat a tava. Drizzle oil. Keep the flame in medium. Take a ladle of this batter and pour it over the hot tava. Keep the flame in low.
Sprinkle some onions. Pour a tsp of oil over it. Allow the dosa to cook until crisp and brown.
Once done, fold & serve hot. Do not flip.
