Eggless Banana Cake



Today's post is a yummy Eggless Banana Cake. The cake turned out to be super moist and tasty. This is how I made it.


Ingredients:


Bananas 2 ripe

All purpose flour 1.5 cup

Curd 1/2 cup

Milk 1 cup

Oil 1/2 cup

Powdered Sugar 3/4 cup

Baking Powder 1 tsp

Baking Soda 1/2 tsp

Vanilla Essence 1 tsp

Almonds


Method:


1. Mash the banana thoroughly.

2. Add powdered sugar and oil to the mashed banana. Mix well until the sugar blends well.

3. Add the dry ingredients namely all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda to it.

4. Next add milk, vanilla essence and yogurt. Beat them thoroughly.

5. Pour them into a baking pan. Top them with grated almonds.

6. Preheat the oven to 180 degree centigrade.

7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. When you insert a toothpick, it should come out clean. That's when the cake is baked properly. It took 25 minutes for me in Convection mode in microwave.
