Today's post is a simple Eggless Blueberry Muffins. Let's get on to the post.
Ingredients:
All purpose Flour 1.5 cup
Blueberry 1 cup
Sugar 3/4 th cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda 1 tsp
Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp
Milk (Room temperature) 1/2 cup
Method:
Add the all purpose flour to a bowl. Add blueberries to it & mix them well. Keep it aside.
Add powdered sugar to a bowl. To it, add milk, oil, vanilla essence. Mix them thoroughly until sugar blends well with them.
Next add the all purpose flour mixed with blueberries (step 1), baking powder and baking soda.
Pour them over the muffin tray with paper liners. Sprinkle some blueberries over the top.,
Pre-heat the oven to 190 degree Centigrade.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. When you insert a toothpick, it should come out clean. Thats when the muffin is baked properly.
Enjoy with hot coffee.
