Falafel salad with Mexican twist

Adding a salad to our diet has lot of health benefits, isn’t it 😎

I never miss the vegan salads at @saladstopsg at Singapore. I'am always in awe of their salad bowls. So inspired by them , tried the falafel salad. But sorry guys I combined Mexican and Mediterranean combo and came up with my very own version 😂.

In frame is the salad bowl that contains onion 🧅 capsicum, tomato 🍅 green olives, carrot 🥕 along with falafel and hummus 😊. Sprinkled ground pepper and cumin powder and added lemon 🍋 juice. The taste was awesome 😎.
