Today's post is a Vegan salad inspired by Saladstop (Singapore).

When I go to Singapore, Saladstop is one eat-out place that I never miss. Love their salads and wraps. They have lot of signature salads, wraps and grain bowls. Among the salads, being a Vegetarian, I prefer the Habibi and The Earth Bowl. Both are vegan salads in fact.

Tried re-creating Habibi at home and the taste was good (couldn't match their awesome taste though 😅, but we loved it).

Very simple to make. Toss in romaine lettuce, falafels, potatoes, warm spiced Chickpeas, Cherry Tomatoes, cucumber, Capsicum and Olives (They use the black olives, I have used the green olives). Add in salt and pepper. They usually serve it with Arabian Spiced Vinaigrette dressing. We just had it as such 😊. It is a nice healthy meal by itself, very filling and a bowl full of goodness.
