It is also rich in antioxidants.I have posted about the amla rasam recently. This is the second recipe using amla. You can also add little coconut but I have omitted it. Let's get on to the post.
Ingredients:
Gooseberry 4
Green Chilli 1
Coriander leaves few
Curd 1 cup
Salt to taste
Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
Method:
1. Slice the gooseberry into pieces. Blend them along with green chilli, coriander leaves and salt.
2. Transfer the above gooseberry paste into a bowl.
3. Add curd to it and mix them well.
4. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds to it.
5. Once they splutter, pour it over the raita.
