Pepper Cauliflower Fry in Butter Garlic Combo

Cauliflower is one vegetable that I really love and I like to experiment a lot with that. This time, I tried a peppery-garlicky-buttery combo. And it was yummmmmmm 🔥🔥.

Ingredients:


Cauliflower 1

Cashewnuts a handful

Onion 1

Capsicum 1 small size

Garlic Pods 4 to 5

Pepper Powder 1 or 2 tsp

Green Chilli 1

Red Chilli 1

Spring Onion 1 cup

Coriander Leaves few


Method:

  1. Immerse the cauliflower florets in hot water (with salt + turmeric powder) for 15 minutes. Drain the water and keep the cauliflower florets aside.

  2. Roast the cashewnuts in a small amount of ghee until brown. Sprinkle salt & pepper over it and keep it aside.

  3. Heat butter in a pan. Add minced garlic and saute nicely.

  4. Add green chilli, red chilli, coriander leaves & ginger. Saute for a minute.

  5. Add onions and capsicum. Saute until onion becomes translucent.

  6. Add the Cauliflower florets (step 1)

  7. Add salt, pepper powder. Cover the pan with a lid.

  8. Cook in medium flame until the Cauliflower turns soft.

  9. Add the roasted cashewnuts (step 2), spring onion leaves. Mix them well.

  10. Add a tsp of butter in a pan. Add couple of minced garlic, saute well and pour it over the Cauliflower fry.


Tasted yummy with garlicky flavour.
