Poha Dosa

Dosa is šŸ’œ , agree? 😁. In South India, there are so many varieties of dosa. They are usually served with sambar and chutneys.


Today let’s make Poha (flattened rice) dosa. I paired this with coconut chutney and tomato chutney for brekkie & it was yum 🤤.


This is how I made it.




Ingredients: Raw Rice 1 cup Poha 1/2 cup Green Chilli 1 Fenugreek Seeds 1 tsp Salt to taste Method: 🌱 Soak raw rice , poha along with green chilli in water for 2 hours. 🌱 Grind them into a fine batter of pouring consistency. 🌱 Add salt and allow it to ferment for 6 hours. 🌱 Heat a tawa. Pour a ladle of batter, spread evenly, drizzle oil. Cook on both sides.
