Dosa is š , agree? š. In South India, there are so many varieties of dosa. They are usually served with sambar and chutneys.
Today letās make Poha (flattened rice) dosa. I paired this with coconut chutney and tomato chutney for brekkie & it was yum š¤¤.
This is how I made it.
Ingredients: Raw Rice 1 cup Poha 1/2 cup Green Chilli 1 Fenugreek Seeds 1 tsp Salt to taste Method: š± Soak raw rice , poha along with green chilli in water for 2 hours. š± Grind them into a fine batter of pouring consistency. š± Add salt and allow it to ferment for 6 hours. š± Heat a tawa. Pour a ladle of batter, spread evenly, drizzle oil. Cook on both sides.
