Rava Adai

Today's post is "Rava Adai". This breakfast happened couple of weeks ago. It is very simple to make, yet a delicious one. Paired it with Coconut Cilantro chutney. You can add chopped onions, grated carrots too.


Ingredients:


Rava 1 cup

Curd 1/2 cup

Green Chilli 1

Asafoetida pinch

Grated Coconut 2 tsp

Salt to taste

Curry leaves / Coriander leaves few


Method:

  • Add all the ingredients into a bowl and make it into a thick batter.

  • Pour a ladle of the batter onto a hot tava and pat it thinly. Drizzle oil. Cover and cook for a minute.

  • Flip it and cook until crisp.
