Stir fried Vegetables with Indian twist

Hey friends, how about Stir fried vegetables loaded with lot of nutrients tossed up with Indian spices. Amazing, isn't it?
You can add any vegetables of your choice. The more vegetables you add, the more colorful your plate will be and the more nutrients your body will get. Much needed for the current situation, isn't it?
Please note that Stir frying is different from Sauting. Stir frying means sauting the vegetables in high heat. This is how I did.
Ingredients:
Onion
Tomato
Garlic
Ginger
Carrots
Capsicum
Cauliflower Florets
Brocolli Florets
Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
Green Chilli
Butter
Amchur powder
Garam masala powder
Coriander powder
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder
Method:
1. Add butter to the pan.
2. Once it melts, add ginger, green chilli and garlic. Saute them well.
3. Next add Onion, tomato, capsicum. Saute them for a minute.
4. Then add Carrots, cauliflower florets and broccoli florets.
5. Saute them well for a minute. Add paneer cubes.
6. Then add salt followed by all the spices (amchur powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder).
7. Saute them in high flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Make sure that the vegetables dont blacken.
8. Switch off the flame. Sprinkle pepper powder on top.
Healthy veggies loaded with nutrients is ready.
