Today I share with you a very easy breakfast / tiffin that can be made. It is loaded with vegetables and hence nutritious too. Do give a try and let me know how it turned out for you.
Ingredients:
Semolina / Rava 1 cup
Wheat Flour 1/2 cup
Curd 2 tbsp
Vegetables (Cabbage, Potato, Carrot all shredded) 1 cup
Green Chilli 1
Ginger 1 inch chopped
Salt to taste
Method
In a bowl, add all the ingredients. Mix well and form a dough (like Chapathi dough) adding water little by little.
Pat them into round semi-thick circles.
Heat it on a tava, drizzle oil. Cook on both sides.
Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
